Finding a high quality coffee maker does not have to be difficult. In fact with the number of reviews online it is just plain easy to find a coffee machine that fits your needs. Whether you want to make a single cup or need a brewer for 10 - 12 cups there is a machine that is right for you.
You have the ones that work with pods for the single cup of joe and you have cafe makers that can brew up to 12 cups.
You have the ones that grind and brew and others that strictly use pre-ground coffee.
You can decide by price point or by features like auto shut off, auto start or even some with cleaning functions.
Here is how I would decide on a coffee maker:
- Are you looking for one that makes a quick cup of coffee so that you can race out the door or do you have the time to sit and wait while a really good cup is brewed?
- Do you want to deal with paper filters or are gold filters a better fit because they are less messy?
- Do you want your coffee to automatically start brewing or do you not mind waking up and having to wait a bit for your first cup?
- Do you have a budget? There are really low end coffee machines and ones that cost thousands of dollars.
- Do you mind reading directions or are you the type that wants it out of the box and working as soon as you get home?
- Do you want a standard coffee maker or do you intend on brewing up espressos or cappucinos?
These are all factors that you should look at before making your final choice. Read reviews online or just go by your favorite brand.
Also remember that the better the brand of coffee and the fresher that it is, the better the taste, regardless of which machine you buy.
